It's that simple. We give you FREE access to an ever-growing group of companies who want and need your help in evaluating their products and services. If you want to cancel your free subscription to our newsletter, you may do so at anytime, but you will also lose access to the Member's Area of our site that holds all the information about the companies seeking your help. We are confident that people will appreciate all the valuable information in our Member's Area and will continue to receive our newsletter and the valuable offers that it and our site contain.

How long does it take before I start making money?

After filling out a company's registration form, it can take anywhere from 7 to 10 days, on average, to evaluate your information and add you to eligible surveys. E-mails requesting your participation and feedback are sent on a random basis and have limited timeframes for completion, so be sure to regularly check your e-mail.

How much does each survey pay and how quickly can I expect to receive a check?

Different companies pay different amounts on each survey. The amount depends on the product and what type of research they are doing. The more information and statistics you are willing to provide (Example: age, location, income level), the more valuable you will be to the companies researching their products. Some companies even pay you with gift certificates or products. Payment terms are different for each company and checks are mailed out to survey professionals who have responded in an unbiased, truthful, and timely fashion, according to each individual company's payment policy.

Is there a limit to the number of surveys that I can participate in once I become a member?

No. You can enroll with as many companies as you desire and participate in as many surveys as are offered to you. You are only limited by your own personal restrictions and the amount of time that you wish to spend.

Can I unsubscribe anytime?

Yes. Registration on our site and participation in our online surveys is completely up to you. And you can stop any time you want. By unsubscribing, you will no longer receive newsletters or any other communications from us, and of course, you will not have access to our list of great surveys. IQ Marketplace will always respect your choice to unsubscribe. Please allow at least 48 hours to process your request.
